A 16-year-old boy was arrested after he allegedly fondled his neighbor was she was sleeping.
The incident was reported just before 4 a.m. at an apartment on Farrington Highway.
The woman told officers she was fondled while sleeping in her bedroom.
She recognized the suspect as her neighbor’s 16-year-old son.
The boy was arrested for burglary and sex assault.
