2 fugitives from Virginia arrested in Kapolei, Waialua

Clark Boisvert, 32, was arrested Wednesday in Wai­alua. Jordan Monteiro, 31, was arrested Thursday in Kapolei, the U.S. Marshals Service Adam Walsh Task Force announced Friday. Authorities describe the fugitives as violent sexual predators.
