Aikahi elementary school’s playground in Kailua has a new look.
Students, their families and some Kaneohe marines rolled up their sleeves Saturday and put in eight concrete benches and two tables at the playground.
Aikahi elementary school received $5,000 for the new equipment from a grant they won from Lowe’s "Toolbox for Education Program."
