Tropical Storm Fernanda strengthens overnight

Tropical Storm Fernanda, still more than a thousand miles ESE of Hilo, strengthened overnight.  Maximum sustained winds are now at 65 mph.  Fernanda is expected to weaken into a remnant low by Sunday afternoon and pass South of the state early next week.  Fernanda is not expected to have any impact on our island weather.
