A kayaker is safe at home thanks to the Coast Guard.
The Coast Guard rescued the kayaker Sunday afternoon after he was blown three miles out to sea south of Yokohama Bay.
According to Coast Guard officials, the 46-year-old man was kayaking with a partner when they became separated.
When the man did not return to shore, his partner reported him missing.
Luckily he was found uninjured.
