Joshua Leotu, 36, was taken into custody Wednesday night and another male suspect is still on the run following a shooting in Waipahu that left a man in critical condition. Police say there was an argument on Pupukahi Street at about 6:50 p.m. on Wednesday when someone opened fire. A 33-year-old man was reportedly shot in the leg.
