Open drug use, harassment has cyclists avoiding popular bike path

At least twice a week Calvin Lac pedals his way past the Aiea Bay State Recreation Park.  He’s says he’s gotten used to dodging shopping carts and rubbish the homeless leave on the path. But lately it’s people he tries to avoid.
