Mayor backing two temporary homeless camp and hygiene center

Tents, makeshift shelters and shopping carts made it impossible to use a sidewalk on Iwilei Road Tuesday morning.  Illegal camps everywhere in Iwilei. That’s why Councilmember Joey Manahan wants a temporary homeless encampment in his district.
