Hawaii entertainer Cecilio Rodriguez posted a $200,000 bail in Los Angeles and is no longer in police custody.
The 66-year-old musician is accused of lewd and lascivious acts against two minors in California between 1996 and 1999.
He pled not guilty to the charges.
If convicted he faces up to 10 years in state prison
He’s expected back in court for a preliminary hearing on October 13.
