Wind Advisory issued Sunday for Kauai, Oahu

A strong and fast-moving cold front with strong southwest Kona winds is approaching the state, prompting the National Weather Service to issue a Wind Advisory for Kauai and Oahu from noon Sunday until 6 p.m. Monday.
