Forecast: Still unsettled, but slowly drying out

The islands will slowly start drying out Sunday, but there’s still a chance of scattered showers because of lingering instability. Weather will remain quite unsettled and wet overnight for the Big Island, where a Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 6 a.m. Sunday.
