OHA trustee says she’ll fight ethics charges ‘to the death’

The state Ethics Commission has informed Office of Hawaiian Affairs Trustee Rowena Akana that she is being investigated for accepting money for legal fees from Abigail Kawananakoa, a descendant of Hawaiian royalty.
