‘Sickening’: Uber and Lyft accused of gouging military visitors to Hawaii

Honolulu council members say they were "sickened" when they heard that surge pricing by Uber and Lyft meant arriving sailors and marines were charged more than $170 for rides after leaving their ships in Pearl Harbor after long deployments.
