Two HPD officers were conducting an investigation on the H-1 Freeway (westbound) early Sunday morning when a 25-year-old driver crashed into one of the officer’s vehicles.
The police vehicle, with its flashing blue lights on, was unoccupied at the time. According to police, the 25-year-old driver kept going and was later pulled over on Moanalua Road heading east.
The driver was arrested for DUI.
