In addition to joining the President at various events, Mrs. Obama will also host a series of events during her three-day stay focused on local farming, youth mentoring and support for military families stationed on Oahu.
During her stay, Mrs. Obama will visit the MA’O Organic Farms in Waianae where she will go on a guided tour of the farm and sit down with students for a conversation about youth leadership, engagement and community responsibility.
She will also host a special event for the APEC Leaders’ spouses at Kualoa Ranch in Windward Oahu.
First Lady Michelle Obama will also meet military families and speak at a fair sponsored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for service men and woman, veterans, and military families on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
