A trial date has been set in the case against an alleged puppy mill in Waimanalo.
It’s the latest step in the criminal proceedings against Bradley International.
The corporation has since dissolved and it’s lawyer says there are no assets.
The dogs have already been forfeited in a separate hearing.
Back in February 2011, authorities raided a Waimanlo farm.
One hundred and fifty three counts of animal abuse have been filed against the company.
The trial is set to happen on December 12th at Kaneohe District Court.
