An overturned truck caused a backup for some drivers headed to Windward Oahu.
The truck flipped on the west-bound ramp from the Moanalua freeway to the H-3 freeway during the afternoon rush hour.
One person was taken to Queens Medical Center in stable condition.
It took crews several hours to clean up roofing material that fell out of the truck.
The ramp reopened just before 7:30 this evening.
