APEC traffic delays, freeway closures expected through Nov. 15

Honolulu city officials are warning residents that major traffic delays, including temporary closures of major roads like the H-1 freeway, will continue through November 15 as visiting dignitaries in Hawaii for the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit travel throughout Oahu.
