APEC: One last motorcade, today at rush hour

And then there was one. One superpower leader, that is. President Barack Obama is scheduled to leave Honolulu at about 8:30 a.m. today, so expect one more big road closure as his motorcade heads to Joint Base Hickam-Pearl Harbor just in time for rush hour.
