Chinatown businesses to test public restroom project

The Chinatown Business and Community Association is helping to fund a 90 day pilot project that will assess whether or not a public restroom is needed in Chinatown. Two public restrooms will open on the weekends between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. at the River of Life Mission.
