Wesley got what he was wishing for thanks to the Jeffrey Gottfurcht Children’s Arthritis Foundation.
"We’re really determined to make wishes come true for kids who have this lifelong disease because there is no cure, and there’s no cause, so it’s not a disease that they’re kinda gonna grow out of it," said the foundation’s founder, Jeffrey Gottfurcht.
The foundation has helped over 300,000 children living with the disease.
This was the first time the foundation granted a wish in Hawaii.
