The state Department of Health will hold a demonstration and answer questions on the new on-line application process for civil unions and marriages that will be activated at 12:00 a.m. on January 1, 2011.
To assist couples in planning their civil union ceremonies, detailed information on the application and registration process will be available at www.hawaii.gov/doh/civilunion
