A 45-year-old man is dead after an apparent drowning on the North Shore.
Rescue crews were called Ke Iki Beach around 8:15 a.m. Sunday morning.
Officials say bystanders pulled the man from the water and performed CPR before paramedics arrived.
The man was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
