A Georgia judge will hear arguments on whether President Obama is eligible to be on the state’s presidential ballot.
A Georgia attorney filed a lawsuit in November.
The attorney claims President Obama is not a natural born citizen and is ineligible to be president.
The judge is expected to make a decision on the hearing in about three weeks.
This hearing comes despite the Hawaii Health Department verifying that Obama was born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu.
