The National Park Service is commemorating the upcoming Doctor Martin Luther King Junior holiday weekend…
By offering free admission to all of the almost 400 parks it maintains.
That includes Hawaii Volcanoes National Park on the Big Island.
The promotion runs from January 14th through the 16th.
The park service also waives admission fees during the last full week of April to celebrate National Parks Week.
