A 41-year-old man was arrested after allegedly stealing money from a Waikiki hotel.
It happened on Tuesday at 2:20 p.m. at the Kuhio Banyan Hotel.
Police say the man approached the front desk and took money from the clerk before running off.
When officers located the suspect, he allegedly assaulted them.
The suspect was arrested for burglary and assault on a police officer.
