5 will be honored as living treasures by Honpa Hongwanji

The Honpa Hongwanji Mission of Hawaii has announced its 2012 Living Treasures of Hawaii award winners, which include a world-class ukulele player and the co-founder of the Polynesian Voyaging Society. The five recipients of the 37th annual award will be honored at a Feb. 4 luncheon at the Sheraton Waikiki.
