Dozens team up to clean up Dole Middle School

Dozens of volunteers gathered at Dole Middle School Saturday morning to help clean up the campus.

Parts of the campus had been damaged by things like graffiti and illegal trash dumping.

Middle and high schoolers, along with Weed and Seed, the Honolulu Police Department, and several legislators spent the day by working together to fix the damaged areas of campus.

Event organizers hope that the group effort to beautiful the campus will instill school and community values for the students.
