Last Saturday a Honolulu Police officer was killed on the H-1 Freeway in Aiea.
This Saturday a candlelight memorial service is being held for Officer Garret Davis.
Around 8 p.m. Last Saturday, Davis pulled up behind a stalled vehicle in the left lane to help the motorists, when a truck hit Davis’ squad car.
Garret Davis leaves behind a four-year-old daughter and his mother.
His funeral will take place in Northern California next month, where Davis was originally from.
