The room was packed with Honolulu Police officers and emergency responders to present testimony in favor of passing the "move over" bill.
Recently killed Officer Garret Davis’ older sister Amanda spoke to lawmakers about the importance of passing this bill.
And, Officer Eric Fontes’ widow also testified in favor of the bill.
