Hawaii drivers are paying even more for gas this week.
According to Triple-A, in Honolulu, the price jumped 5 cents over the past week to an average of $3.98 a gallon.
On the Big Island drivers are also paying 5 cents more, at $4.30.
And on Maui, the average stayed the same at $4.40 a gallon.
The statewide average is $4.12…the highest in the nation, and 41 cents more than a year ago.
