The 169th recruit class of the Honolulu Police Department will graduate Wednesday night. The event will be held at the Hawaii Okinawa Center in Waipio. On Tuesday, Police Chief Louis Kealoha held the department’s final review of the class. It’s been a long and grueling process. Congratulations to the new incoming officers!
