Honolulu Police arrested a man this morning after he was spotted with a City and County parking meter.
Police say the man was pushing a shopping cart with the parking meter inside the basket.
When the suspect saw police, he grabbed the meter and ran.
The man was caught and arrested for detaining stolen property.
Police say the stolen parking meter was taken from the 900 block of Kaheka Street.
