A visitor from Japan was taken away by ambulance Tuesday morning from Kaneohe Bay.
Emergency responders were called to Heeia Kea Pier about 11 a.m.
They say a man on a snorkel tour was found unresponsive in the water.
He was rushed to shore and taken to the hospital.
His condition is unknown.
