Police say it happened around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Wilikina Drive and Kamananui Road.
Police say the motorcyclist lost control at the intersection.
Initially, EMS officials transported the motorcyclist, a 35 year-old man in critical condition to Queen’s Medical Center, but he was later upgraded to serious.
At the time of the crash police did not shutdown any major roads but their was limited access to surrounding areas.
