Big Island police have charged 32 year-old Steven Stoesser with robbery and assault.
35 year-old Lisa Yurkovic was charged with robbery.
Police say yesterday afternoon, the victim was approached by a woman who wanted marijuana.
When he declined…police say she hit him on the back of the head and stole his cash…while another man hit the victim with a skateboard and knocked him unconscious.
