There’s a new garden in Kailua.
It teaches about healthy living, using aqua – and hydro – ponics.
The garden, split into three smaller gardens, is at the Le Jardin Academy in Kailua. It was unveiled this week on the school’s campus with the primary focus of letting students learn more about the environment.
Students also get to plant vegetables in the garden and eat them as part of their school lunches.
