Honolulu police are investigating an unattended death involving a one-year-old baby.
Officials have classified the death as a homicide.
The city medical examiner identified the one-year-old as Zayden Lonergan of Ewa Beach.
The baby’s official cause of death is complications of cranial cerebral injuries due to abusive head trauma.
