Presidential candidates’ children in Hawaii

The four GOP presidential candidates are campaigning in the Deep South, but some of their members are here in Hawaii hoping to win over prospective voters.

Rick santorum’s daughter, Elizabeth, met with college Republicans at Starbucks in Waikiki this afternoon.

"Each vote really does matter, especially here in Hawaii," she said. "When you elect a president, it’s so much more than that – it’s a leader. I think that’s a distinction about Mitt Romney and my dad."

Mitt Romney’s son will meet with voters at the Laie Shopping Center at 5:45 p.m. Monday.

Hawaii’s GOP caucuses will be held this Tuesday, from 6 to 8 p.m.

In order to vote in the caucuses, you have to be a registered voter, and you also need to be registered as a Republican.
