Storm Beryl knocks out power as it churns across Texas

Tropical Storm Beryl lashed Texas with strong winds and torrential rain today as it churned inland, forcing the closure of oil ports, cancelling hundreds of flights and leaving more than 2 million homes and businesses without power.
