Trump proposes alternative debate on Fox; Harris sticks with ABC

Republican nominee former President Donald Trump proposed to debate Vice President Kamala Harris on Fox News on Sept. 4, and the Harris campaign said Trump is trying to back out of a debate that had been scheduled for ABC.
