Wall Street ends lower as tariffs loom

NEW YORK >> U.S. stocks ended lower today, with indexes losing ground after the White House said U.S. President Donald Trump will implement on Saturday tariffs of 25% on Canadian and Mexican imports and 10% on Chinese goods.
