Man charged with manslaughter in Pearl City arson case

An Ewa Beach man, 35, was charged Thursday with burglary, arson and manslaughter in connection with a house fire that killed a 97-year-old Pearl City woman, according to the Honolulu Police Department and Prosecuting Attorney Keith Kaneshiro.
