Sunday marks one year since a fireworks explosion killed five men and injured another at a storage facility in Waikele.
Investigators determined the explosion happened near the front of the bunker, but left the cause as "undetermined."
All men worked for Donaldson Enterprises, a company that stored confiscated and illegal fireworks.
The company has been fined and cited by the State for numerous unsafe working conditions.
