A 16-year-old male is in extremely critical condition after suffering an injury at Kahuku Motocross Track Sunday.
Emergency officials say the teen endured a cardiac arrest while riding. Off-duty HFD members found him without a pulse and performed CPR until EMS arrived.
He was taken to Kahuku Medical Center just after 2:30 p.m.
He reportedly hit the ground hard after a jump, according to officials.
EMS had also responded to two other incidents at Kahuku Motocross Track just before this one. They transported a 39-year-old male and a 43-year-old female to a local trauma center, both in serious condition.
