A man accused of setting a house fire that killed a Pearl City woman is due in court Monday morning.
Michael Dahilig, 35, is accused of setting a Hoomalolo Street home on fire which killed 97-year-old Betty Hagihara.
Dahilig was arrested last week on two burglary counts after neighbors saw him rummaging through the home less than a day after investigators left the scene.
Police say Dahilig is the same man seen in surveillance video burglarizing another home on Hoomalolo Street last September.
