The new senior rental units at Aloha Ia Halewiliko, at the former Aiea Sugar Mill site, look nice enough — fresh, inviting and very functional. And the price seems right for the 140-unit community for residents 62 and older: studio apartments rent for $1,261 to $1,527 monthly.
