Editorial: Time to cut losses on Kuliouou homes

Nearly 40 years after land began shifting under 17 Kuliouou Valley homes in a state-sponsored affordable housing development, the fate of those properties remains unsettled. Along with neighbors, we’re scratching our heads over the saga — yet another tale of lurching government action, and inaction, over a span of decades that basically illustrates the concept of “two steps forward, one step back.”
