Honolulu City Councilwoman Tulsi Gabbard opened her campaign headquarters in Kaneohe Friday night.
Gabbard is running for the U.S. House of Representatives District Two seat.
"There’s going to be a lot of challenges; it’s not going to be easy and there’s going to be a lot of hard work, but I’m confident that if we stand together, if we join our hands together as one state, as one country, we can and we will accomplish anything," Gabbard said.
She will face Mufi Hannemann and Esther Kiaaina in the Democratic Primary.
