Canadian man in Hawaii faces lottery scam trial Monday

The Canadian man who allegedly tricked people in a lottery scam is scheduled to appear in Federal Court Monday.

There will be a hearing to determine if Williams Njoku, 35, will be escorted back to California to face mail and wire fraud charges.

If convicted, Njoku could get 20 years in prison.
